Fax failures happen for ordinary reasons: a busy line, no answer, or the wrong destination. For standard faxes, you have up to 3 customer retries within 72 hours after the latest failure. Correct the destination number if needed; the original document cannot be replaced. TidyFax removes it when the retry window ends.
