Standard fax retry window: If delivery fails, up to 3 customer retries are available at no additional charge for 72 hours after the latest failed attempt. Keep the same document; you may correct the recipient fax number. Each subsequent failure restarts the window. After it closes, the uploaded file is deleted and a new fax upload is required. HIPAA fax documents have a separate 24-hour retention window.
